This programme is designed to be the perfect starting point on your fitness journey. It will show you how to move well, help you to feel amazing and look great. If you're new to training and want to build confidence in the gym, Foundations is for you.

Suitable for beginners, each workout has been created to focus on the main movement patterns, improving your overall strength, endurance, balance and fitness levels.

Do I need to have access to a gym?

You will need access to a gym on this programme. Workouts will sometimes be a combination of free weights, machines, and/or cardio equipment.

I haven't trained much before, is this still suitable for me?

Yes. Foundations is designed with beginners in mind. All exercises can be modified or scaled if needed, and all workouts come with clear guidance.

I have some dumbbells at home but no gym membership, can I do this programme?

Foundations is designed for a full gym or garage gym set-up. You'll need access to a range of dumbbells (different weights), some machines, cardio equipment etc.

Is this programme available worldwide?

Yes - you can train from anywhere, any time.

What if I need help to modify or scale an exercise?

There's always an alternative or scaled version if needed. Our coaches are here to help, should you have any questions.

What will my program look like?

Within 24 hours of signing up, we will be in touch to get an idea of your current ability, goals and schedule. From here we'll discuss the best plan to fit in with your current lifestyle and goals.

Your program will have a combination of lifting and cardio work. We believe it's important to do both, because training is about feeling good, not just looking good.

On the FOUNDATIONS programme there will be no major barbell movements. Once you progress through and build some muscle and confidence in your lifting, you're more than welcome to switch to BUILD if you have an interest in the big lifts!
