Hi, I'm Bex

I’m here to show you that working out doesn’t have to be something you dread the thought of, and doesn't need to be super confusing and complicated.

I’ve been training for over 12 years, and like many people, I started out in the Ladies Section of the gym, not knowing what to do. I’ve learned a tonne since then and have designed the Foundations programme to give you the confidence and power to smash your workouts, tone up and become the best version of yourself.

You are so much stronger and more capable than you think, and my programme is designed to give you the confidence to Do More. What are you waiting for?

Hi, I'm Jaynie

I'm the coach behind the Build programme.

My background and passion lie in strength and conditioning, and I love nothing more than getting stuck into a tough session at the gym, followed by some good grub!

I designed Build with the everyday athlete in mind - inspired by many of my face-to-face clients who have run their first 10km race and entered their first ever Hyrox competition, whilst juggling all the other life bits!
